Destin West Rv #07 Motorhome

Very clean! Quite! Front office friendly!

This place is not what is advertised. The sites are extremely small. When our slides were out in our bus there was no room to walk along side it other than in the sand. You are right on top of your neighbor. More than three sites had animals on tie outs in their sites which would reach over to your site! We saw a white German shepherd, two cats and a doodle that were all on tie outs.. the cats were left out unattended for hours on a tie out so our dogs barked non stop at them. Absolutely not worth the large price they charge, not well ran/managed. Stay elsewhere and save yourself some money and trouble.

Pool heater was broke,Dock was broke.Location is great, but could use a good refresh

I had zero issues and this location was clean and everyone was nice.

Tight and narrow sites for large rigs. Vegetation is overgrown creating potential issues pulling in and out of some sites. Pool deck furniture desperately needs replacing. Manager is rude. Good location. Liked that you can use the hotel amenities across the street. Would not go back unless I was able to stay on sites 38 or 39.

Very happy staying at this place. Great employees. Little disappointed with not enough bathrooms, but I can live with that.

This is a Great RV park. Been coming here for years. They need to put some rock or pine mulch on either side of the RV pad and in the front. It is dirt now that turns to mud when it rains.

Loved our stay. Very pretty and good size full brick sites. Clean, good view! Pool was too warm for us. I would recommend a traffic light to get in. Very busy highway for RVs having to cross over to get to the resort. Also, the sign needs to be more visible.

We stayed at Destin West RV Resort for 3 nights while passing through the area. The resort was very clean, and located close to everything. The Island Resort amenities were great. The staff went above and beyond to mail us a necklace that my daughter left in the bathroom. Great place to stay.

Property was clean and in a nice location. Was a great to be able to use the hotel facilities across the street. The only issue we had was the water pressure was low.

We visited the area for our daughter's softball tournament. Had heard the horror stories of the traffic in the Destin area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was perfect. Only needing 15 minutes max to get to the sports complex, having the bay practically out your door and the beach right across the street! Along with multiple restaurants within walking distance. We loved our stay here. It was clean, quiet and private. Highly recommend and will visit again someday. Hopefully not for softball.

We have been staying at The Island for years and the Destin West RV Resort makes it even better.. Stayed for three days with my granddaughter and did not leave the resort the entire time. Definitely coming back

Our 2nd time staying at Destin West RV #7 and yet again we had a great time. Customer service was excellent and the grounds were always very clean. So much so that we booked again for 2023 and can’t wait to go back there. Thank You All so much for having this heart place to stay. See ya next year

Was a very enjoyable vacation. Stayed for one week on this site. The staff were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely be back and would recommend this location.

This facility was very clean, and well maintained. We will be staying here again.

Very private and quiet

I would have to say that our vacation at Destin West Resort was an extremely satisfying place to stay and we will sure be returning. As a matter of face I made reservations there again for the same time next year and am counting down already. Looking forward to our stay there again.

From day 1 until the end of our stay Destin West RV park was very enjoyable. From the beautiful white sand beaches to the many swimming pools at this site. If you’re looking for nightlife it’s here in Destin west, fishin, jet skiing or just walking along the miles of white sand beaches, it’s here.

Very nice resort, would give complete 5 stars if they had an ice vending machine on property available to guests for purchasing.

We only had one day to stay but it was a great stay even if for only a day the park is very well take care of and everyone there was super nice plan on staying again very soon

We had a wonderful stay in Destin. Destin West is well maintained. The maintenance guy was constantly working to keep the place clean. We had some bad storms move through one night, and the day before the maintenance guy knocked on everyone's doors to warn them and offered suggestions on items that should be stowed. Will drfinitely be coming back to this place.
